New service: Community Addon Repository

Description

To make easier the usage of Meta-System, and developers to be able to find which Addons fits their wills and needs, It would be great to have a place to search, see the documentation, and even possibly copy a JSON sample from registered Addons.

This issue outlines such place or service.

Suggestion

• Have a way to log in
• Log in using Email/Github/Google
• Be able to submit a package as an Addon
• Search for Addons by name or category
• See Addons Readme/Documentation
• Copy a JSON template for adding to the project
