Syncing Query with Globus SDK

It seems like the Query object in Forge could be a valuable addition to the Globus SDK. They already have a query helper class that is much less sophisticated. Is merging our changes with Globus SDK something worth considering?

This would be something to ask Stephen, I think. I'm not sure what the intended scope of the globus_sdk.SearchQuery is, although if it has a similar goal as the mdf_forge.Query (make complex query string construction less painful), it would make sense to merge the two.

Since we're planning discussions and work around the architecture of Forge and Query, we should also wait for that to be completed before we bring this to Stephen.
