.NET: Use extension methods from A2A SDK #3138
Description
Replace extension methods for Dictionary<string, JsonElement> and AdditionalPropertiesDictionary in A2A and Hosting.A2A projects by the ones from A2A SDK introduced in this PR: a2aproject/a2a-dotnet#260 when the change is release.
