[enhancement]: Support NODE 24-lts in AzureWebApp@1

Task name

The NODE 24-lts was added but the AzureWebApp@1 (still) does not seem to support it

In the example below, the "24-lts" should be enabled:

  displayName: 'Deploy An App'
  inputs:
    azureSubscription: $(azureServiceConnection)
    appType: webAppLinux
    runtimeStack: 'NODE|22-lts'   # <<<<<<< Allow "NODE|24-lts" here
