Has anyone set up a CDN in front of Azure Storage to reduce bandwidth? #125

I am noticing that our bandwidth is high and Azure Storage is pretty pricey making each code push fairly expensive. I did the obvious things and reduced our bundle size etc. I am thinking that setting up a CDN to host the current package is probably the best solution to reduce bandwidth but I'm not the most familiar with Node or Azure. I believe that it would require some custom modifications to this repo and I'm just wondering if anyone has tackled this issue. At this point I regret not digging into third party services more to reduce costs.
