Add the ability to connect via ssh_config

We need to be able to connect via ssh_config.

We also need to consider whether they can be edited, etc.

Most likely not—we can only connect through them without editing.
(If we can make them editable or synchronized, we'll need to think about that mechanism.)

then you need to create a separate entity or functionality that would switch the "space" - it would respond to how you interacted with the connections.

that is, just the local editing would take place so that you could manage the connection file in .misha.

if there is no ssh_config, then it would be possible to manage the config file and not touch the others.

The same could be done in this way for s3 repositories and the github repository.
