Issue downloading PyDesigner - No module named 'packaging'

Describe the Issue
We are trying to install PyDesigner on our Linux system. FSL, Miniconda, and MRtrix3 are installed. A Conda environment has been created and activated. When running $pip install PyDesigner-DWI, the following error occurs: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'packaging'

Hi @madelinemills, could you first try to install 'packaging' using pip, making sure your conda environment is activated, then see if the PyDesigner install completes without an error? Let me know how that goes, and if it doesn't complete the install, we can work out another solution.
