Improve Validation of SNOMED CT Codes #89
Description
Currently SNOMED CT codes are only valid if they are supplied exactly as written in the respective ValueSet. We should add a special validator for SNOMED CT codes that matches codes based on the SNOMED CT Compositional Grammar.
