on-attach for every client?

Hi, it's not clear from the documentation. do I have to call the lsp-status' on-attach function for EVERY lsp client? Or just the ones you have extended support to (pyls_ms, rust analyzer, etc...)?
Same question for the capabilities, do I need to extend them, for every lsp client?
