Ability to initialize devkit information on existing Ruby installations #3
Description
There are out there multiple versions of Ruby, finding the right DevKit has always been a problem.
The suggestion for this will be allow your existing installation (that knows nothing about this gem) to guess the DevKit required for it and generate devkit.yml.
