Add support for listing resources by domain/account — enable CSP-level reporting use case #7

Description

@luganofer

Hi! I’ve been testing the cloudstack-mcp-server and I must say — it’s fabulous. Really great work.

It’s super useful, for example, for generating all kinds of inventory reports for cloud resources, unlocking the full potential of AI assistants.

That said, while the current CLI capabilities (as described in CLI.md) are clearly oriented towards end-users or tenants, I’d like to suggest an improvement aimed at Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) who need a broader view of infrastructure usage.
👉 Proposal:

Add support for filtering or listing the following resources:

Virtual Machines

Networks

Volumes

Templates

…by specifying:

Domain

Account

Project

This would make the tool even more powerful by enabling multi-tenant or domain-level reporting, which is key for CSPs managing public or private clouds.

➡️ In short: this is a request to extend the supported use cases of the tool beyond tenant-level reporting, to also serve administrative and CSP-level visibility needs.

If this enhancement is of interest, I’d be happy to help validate or contribute feedback during implementation.

Thanks again for building and sharing this great tool!
