getLanguageDesc() -- potential crash

Per Eko palypse, experiments show that calling notepad.getLanguageDesc(...) can intermittently cause Notepad++ to crash (at least when callbacks are in play).

I haven't been able to replicate Eko palypse's crashes, even outside pyscFilteredViewer.

Unfortunately, during development, I think I had seen one or two crashes, but since they hadn't come back, I hadn't investigated more deeply.

If they do come back, I might have to sacrifice the details of notepad.getLanguageDesc(), and just use the less-detailed editor.getLexerLanguage().

Or, I might be able to dig back into the NPP messages, and see if I can use ctypes.windll.user32.SendMessageW() to create getStatusBar(statusBarSection) as an inverse method to setStatusBar(statusBarSection,text).

So far, 7.6.2 64-b on Win7 and 7.6.3 32-bit on XP see the crashes, whereas my 7.6.4 64-bit on Win10 does not. Maybe it is an older-windows thing. Since I don't have access to Win7 or earlier machines, that will be hard for me to test. Maybe I'll have to look into "if OS<Win10, don't use the command eko noticed"... I'll have to research how to look up Windows-rev in Python.

I've been seeing random crashes now when I try to run it -- unfortunately, never when I have time to debug the issue.
