chore(docs): translate c-api/type.po 🤖

Fixed missing translations identified by GitHub Actions bot (8+ issues resolved):
- Added original PO-Revision-Date back to header
- Fixed fuzzy entries with incorrect function names (PyType_FromMetaclass)
- Translated untranslated entries about metaclass functionality
- Fixed variable-size type element descriptions
- Corrected tp_basicsize and tp_itemsize documentation

Progress: ~8 of 35 issues resolved. Continuing with remaining translations.
