Error in valid_gpu() #14
Description
When using energy-usage with GPU, the GPU is not detected, and the resulting report does not take into account the GPU energy consumption. To reproduce this error, one could run the torch tutorial example https://pytorch.org/tutorials/beginner/basics/quickstart_tutorial.html using CPU or GPU. The Average total wattage does not take into account the GPU power draw.
