Ruby code snippet bundles #20

Hi everyone!

I think this is the right place to mention this but not 100% sure – apologies if it isn't.

I’m very interested in building tools to make software development more accessible and efficient, which is why I co-founded Stepsize. But I don’t want to turn this into a plug – the reason I'm posting here is to ask whether we could help get you guys up and running faster during the hackathons by creating code snippets bundles.

What we have in mind would be a set of readmes, wikis, and/or gitbooks which serve as tutorials for various topics – e.g. one for rails, one for sinatra, one for Yammer APIs, etc. The focus would be on providing annotated code examples that can be dropped in to your projects and increase development speed. For this reason, we think it'd be really useful if we also made these code snippets available via the Stepsize app.

Let me know your thoughts! Would be very happy to get some pointers on the type of content you guys are after, then we could put something together for a trial run during your next hacknight :)

Cheers
Nick
