Broken links

All links that refer to the `tests` directory are broken. Since there's no tests directory anymore and all exercises directories have been renamed, the links must be updated on the [README.md](https://github.com/ehildenb/understanding-k-framework/blob/master/README.md) and [on this page](https://runtimeverification.com/blog/from-0-to-k-tutorial).
