Feature: notification settings

I would like to mute notifications for groups but keep them for direct messages. Probably a setting on channel basis would be best. So you can have an important group chat on loud while all others are muted. 

Also sync/fetch the notification settings from the master, where I have set it all up. Would save the trouble to do it all over again.
