Feature request: Support static publishing

Use case:

• As a tech expert person,
• Friends of mine keep asking me how to do things,
• So it'd be nice if I could make a screenshot tour of how to do things with Annotator, and then publish that as a web page that has no Sandstorm chrome and needs no authentication.

But that might be crazy feature creep, who knows.

I like this idea, but how would I get rid of the Sandstorm chrome?
