[Bug]: Fail to do onchain TX

Describe the bug

Description:
I’m unable to send a regular on-chain transaction from Bitkit. Every attempt to broadcast an on-chain TX fails.

What’s confusing is that opening a Lightning channel works fine, which suggests the wallet is able to create and broadcast on-chain transactions in some contexts.

Expected behavior:
On-chain transactions should broadcast and confirm normally.

Actual behavior:
On-chain transaction fails, while channel opening succeeds.

Reproduce

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Bitkit do not recognize when it receive an onchain tx. The tx has been confirmed on Mempool (Phoenix to Bitkit) https://mempool.space/tx/06bdb3c4d41b25e8bcdd65c41751ff280eccf3b377c7c280cc94b6038f394f8d

I recieved the last tx of 4000 sats, once I restored the App with a backup.

Yeah, this is an issue with Fulcrum most likely, notice how it "auto-resolved" after @JeanlChristophe restored the wallet from mnemonic. Clear indication of the same issue discussed in Discord: error of kind "unable to sync transaction at X".

@dzdidi suggested to test with esplora of Bitkit RN,
ie. using the same IP as in React Native for the electrum server:
