[Bug]: Unable to send Lightning payment – “payment hash already initiated” error

Describe the bug

Description
It is currently impossible to send a Lightning payment from Bitkit.
On every payment attempt, the app returns the following error:

Error: A payment with the given hash has already been initiated

This happens even though the payment hash is being used for the first time.

Reproduce

1.	Open Bitkit
2.	Attempt to send a Lightning payment
3.	Confirm the payment

When I create a Lightning invoice in Phoenix with a fixed amount, Bitkit does not recognize or detect that amount. The invoice is treated as if it had no amount specified.
