Email queuing

I think it would be great to add email queuing feature.

For instance, we can run a command like this:

php spark emails:send

What do you think?

It a great idea! I don't know that this is the right home for it though. I've been thinking of splitting this one apart, since it already has very loosely related features.

We also have the Queue library coming with the framework at some point, which would make writing this a lot easier. Also the new Mailer class should be added to the framework. I think work done towards a mail queue without those two pieces would need to be redone once they were released.
