[FEATURE] Testing gap in 1ch DMIC configuration

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes, we have tests for 4ch DMIC only. Some 2ch systems have been in test but not systematically and always active. There's no tests (and no topologies available) for 1ch DMIC. A bug was reported for 1ch configured NuC PC with MTL platform.

We need to cover in testing these DMIC configurations

• 4ch
• 2ch
• 2ch connected to PDM0
• 1ch

Describe alternatives you've considered
No other way, what is not tested is broken.
