Solo OVA login failure on VMware Fusion 10.1.4

Current behavior

Solo OVA cannot login with VMware Fusion 10.1.4
Upgrade Fusion to 11.0.1 solve this problem.

Impact

• Low - Annoyance, but does not impact business or functionality
• Medium - Issue can be worked around, but is causing pain
• High - Blocker

It is on 11.x, I haven't tested on 10.x. Based on the nature of the issue I'm guessing it does work, but I don't want to close it without testing.

I just tried on 10.1.5 and looks like ovf properties do not work even with the first boot :(

What is the work around for this? I have the same issue on Fusion 11.0.2
