Detoured module Injection issue #1
Description
Test Environment: Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2015,Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 20121 and Windows Server 2019
detour Vertion : Latest
UAC: Enable
Logon : Administrators group user(Not RID 500 account)

test 3 DetourCreateProcessWithDll return Success but the module fails to load into the process
tested on different vertion of detours,and this happens on the logon user is Administrators group user but not the default 'Administrator',if logon as Administrator,it works fine.
This issue bugs me for months
