Fast simulation with external loopers

Preliminarly the .onnx files will be located in O2DPG, but they will be moved to AliEn in the near future.
The parameters and models are based on training performed with PbPb events 20-30% centrality 38 kHz of interaction rate: /alice/cern.ch/user/a/aliperf/selfjobs/HighTPCOccupTest_8Orbits-20250131-175526/
