This change adds an environment variables
ALLOWED_TRANSFERS, which controls which domains the solver handles. Available domains at the moment:Leaving this variable empty is equivalent to listing all of them. If it's not empty, any incoming intents with domain not listed in the variable will be ignored by the solver.
