Added missing windsock sprite, decoupled logic between volcano flooding and the overlays, and some other minor changes.

Updated catalogue with information and verbiage for a select few plants and animals found in the C2 help menu. Tweaked a touch to accommodate C2toDS mechanics.
Ecofairy will now not try to place crabs in winter, when they're all supposed to be eggs.
Adjusted bridge windsock position to not be floating. Beware editing the X position.
Decoupled volcano flooding from overlay logic.

Updated volcano flood.
Updated volcano flooding sprites to support the doublefalls.
Updated flood volcano script and volcano cap overlays to accommodate being identified.
Removed Debug Command from Windsock.

Moved the identifier for the overlays up.
Fixed flooding bug with cap overlays.
Fix to remove the background again.
Updated a couple variables to set replenishment to default. Called them "butteryfly"s instead of butterfly... Forgot the cacti entirely.
Carrot and potato seeds now have a slightly random range when pop checking, to help break up the repetitive, even spacing.
Updated plants to kill themselves if they fail to grow. Triffids were throwing errors. This may have the unintended consequence of removing seed dormancy, but there's an ecofairy now and dormancy just clogs the world anyway.
Carrots and potatoes now rise high enough to be seen and eaten by creatures. Potatoes are no longer activatable by the mouse.
Nut should not produce floating nuts anymore.
