First attempt on a TLA+ parser without rawExpression

So far, it should be able to parse:

• NumberLiteral
• StringLiteral
• Identifiers (OpCall without parameteres)
• Tuple Literals
• Set Literals
• Record Literals
• Projection (Record field access)
• IF
• CASE
• LET (though LET has no unit tests yet)
• Parentheses
