- Add PackageStructs library with all core structs
- PackageMeta, CompilerInfo, ContractType, ContractInstance
- LinkReference, LinkValue for bytecode linking
- DeploymentInfo for multi-chain deployments
- SourceInfo for source file tracking
- Add comprehensive tests for all structs
