Add API Support after discussing requirements with Design
Get clarifications + separate vectors from Design

Notes:

Navbar is just a placeholder. Assuming whoever's working on Home will implement it, I can push those changes in the same PR before merging.
Slightly inconveniently placed logout and close buttons for now
