I mainly removed a couple of sentences which I felt are not necessary or would overstep the role that a research groups could take. I finally also ended up rearranging some text (e.g. only leave the research questions in that respective section but move other text to background and objectives). This is a quite big change now but I only removed or moved text, plus some small wording adjustments throughout the charter.
