Update ArticulatedToolManager to handle a pair of BaseJaws which can be either a grasper or a scisor

  • Each Jaw class handle the type of interaction they belong to.
  • ArticulatedToolManager is responsible for handling the closing/opening of the tool . Activatation or deactivation of the jaws action.
