- Updated RankSystem.php and plugin.yml for PocketMine-MP 5.37.0 support
- Added PacketHooker.php under libs/CortexPE/Commando
- Improved overall compatibility and stability

Thanks for your contributio! However RankSystem should delegate Packet handling to libs, so the actual solution is updating the Commando lib. This was solved as of 45272e6 |
