Was the value -.inf in 2015 or did we have it wrong?

Similar question for all other values which we replaced. In general we should keep the 2015 and 2018 inputs if they differ

The given reference was for the year 2018, so I made sure all the values matched the year. A few of the values did not match those in the reference, so the changes I made reflect the values provided in the reference.
