Feature: Energy-based Refresh Logic
Summary
This pull request introduces a new mechanism to determine when the vehicle status should be refreshed based on imported energy from the charging station (see #387 for details).
Motivation
Previously, the refresh interval was calculated dynamically using charging power and battery capacity. However, this approach can produce inaccurate results during PV surplus charging, where charging power fluctuates.
To improve reliability, the system can now use the imported energy reported by the charging station (for example, the
daily_importedtopic from openWB) to decide when a refresh is needed.
