Add Dockerfile based on ubuntu:24.04
Add CMakeLists
Uncomment usage of packages in main.cpp

Building

Build and run with Docker:

docker buildx build -t cmake-exercise
docker run -it --mount type=bind,src=.,dst=/mnt/host cmake-exercise
./build_and_run.sh
