Adding functions definition to Part 1 and 2.
What did you learn from the changes you have made?
To efficiently use sorted(), not.
Was there another approach you were thinking about making? If so, what approach(es) were you thinking of?
I saw online that Counter() could be more efficient than sorted().
Were there any challenges? If so, what issue(s) did you face? How did you overcome it?
Did not understand Part 2 first but after reading multiple time and looking at the function call result tried to assume what it means.
How were these changes tested?
By running call function cells given in Part 1 and 2, in Jupyter Notebook.
