[Fixed] Italian localization prefix overwrote English

Summary

Fixes #307

PR #306 added Italian with prefix: "/", which overwrote English. English is now inaccessible and missing from the language picker.

Changes

• inert.config.js: Italian prefix "/" → "/it/", removed redundant postsDir
• it.lang.js: prefix "/" → "/it/"

Hey @jasonsaayman, quick heads up that #306 appears to have caused the main site to default to Italian and make English inaccessible (the prefix was set to / instead of /it/). This PR has a quick fix. No rush, just flagging since it affects the live site.
