This PR adds a new
DisableCASoption to theClientstruct. When set totrue, the client uses thegetcommand instead ofgetswhen retrieving items, which prevents fetching CAS IDs.This is useful for environments where CAS is not needed or not supported.
Also updated the
READMEandgetFromAddrto reflect this behavior.
