Eclipse with ADT plugin

Eclipse + ADT eclipse plugin + Android SDK + Android NDK are required.

ADT is not supported by Google anymore, so there may be some troubles during setup of environment.

It makes sense to use Android Development Studio instead.

Android Development Studio

In Android Development Studio with SDK and NDK installed, open android folder as a project.

Build & run.
