When allowed, the body readers for misses and hits will call seek_multipart() to try to seek to the next multipart range. This prevents needing to read the body in full before filtering downstream for the range.
This adds a make target to build docs and treat warnings as failures. This also fixes the warnings that were at HEAD when opened.
