I don't really understand this PR. If we have a hard limit on the server side which is 10MB, why are we allowing clients to set unlimited size for records? |

What changes are proposed in this pull request?
The Zerobus server has a limit on decoded received messages set to 10MB. We are enforcing that from client side as well for a fail-fast scenario.
How is this tested?
Unit tests and examples.
