Adds the Product argument to Enter-VisualStudioShell and Get-VisualStudio. This allows build tools to be selected rather than a full installation of Visual Studio. Thanks @jkucinski!
Fixes that -ExcludePrerelease was ignored by Enter-VisualStudioShell.
