This PR stabilizes the FORRT "Community" page following the recent Steering Committee redesign in this issue #515.
Removed dupplicates in authors

@LukasWallrich @flavioazevedo i fixed the community page layout without changing the steering committee layout
I noticed there was duplicates in authors and i removed some
would you check and see if there is some i might have removed due to similar names but different people ? since you know them better ?

like Karen Matvienko-Sikar: has 2 entries with different pictures so i dont know which is which
