This adds the x86-based MacOS 14 runner to all tables in this comparison article, and all other articles/resources that link to https://github.com/github/docs/blob/main/data/reusables/actions/supported-github-runners.md.

macos-14 label is an arm64-based image not an Intel-based image: https://github.com/actions/runner-images?tab=readme-ov-file#available-images.

For the Intel based macOS 14 you need macos-14-large but this PR is against the list of standard runners rather than large runners. A standard macOS 14 Intel runner does not exist.

You can see in your PR that it would add macos-14 to both Intel and arm64 rows, which doesn't make sense.
