Update links in glossary for accuracy and consistency

This pull request updates several URLs in the docs/glossary.md documentation to use secure https links and point to more authoritative sources where appropriate. These changes improve the reliability and security of the documentation references.

Documentation improvements:

• Updated the link for the fuzz target signature to use the official LLVM documentation and switched to https.
• Updated the example link for libFuzzer to use the official LLVM documentation and switched to https.
• Updated all sanitizer documentation links to use https for improved security.
• Updated the cross_fuzz example link to use https for consistency and security.
