Changes :

Updated base node docker images; jesse based images are no longer supported
Added support for load testing using vegeta
- getting around 300QPS locally on a 8 core MAC; on a VPC thinking would drop to 200QPS
- latency is around 50 ms locally
added comments to make more sense
