Summary

add a provider-neutral chat message type so clients no longer accept interface{} payloads
simplify the service layer to build shared message lists and remove duplicate provider formatters
tighten streaming behavior by closing channels deterministically and removing debug output

Testing

go test ./... (fails: requires a running Ollama service for TestChat, command was interrupted)
