Updated the following versions :

Kotlin: 2.0.21 → 2.1.21
AGP: 8.7.3 → 8.13.0
Gradle: 8.9 → 8.14.3
Spotless: 6.25.0 → 8.0.0
Added Compose BOM for version management
Added kotlin("plugin.compose") plugin
Updated jvmTarget from 1.8 → 17

And added myriad changes to pass lint
