• added posthog events for the two config error pages

Testing Instructions

Note: For the error screens to appear, you should first request the widget URL, turn off the product(s) you are testing from Batcave, and then load the URL in the browser.

1. Ensure you get this error screen when the client does not support the requested products

2. Ensure you get this error screen if the configured institution when current_institution_guid, current_institution_code or current_member_guid does not support the requested products

In posthog make sure that there are events that are triggered in these cases.
